Jerry  (Jerry Hicks)   had such an experience, many years ago, when
he had been trying to please a lot of people that he could not find a
way of pleasing. He had reached a crescendo of great stress and
struggle, and all of a sudden he reached a point where he yelled, for
all to hear, "I give up!" And in that moment, as he later described
it, goose bumps all over his body, like champagne bubbles starting at
his feet and working their way up. He was never the same again.

He went to a psychologist because he did not understand what had
happened to him. The psychologist asked, "What's wrong?" Jerry
said, "I'm happy all the time." The psychologist said, "This is
really not the kind of thing I'm accustomed to hearing from people."

[Abe in answer to a question about certain babies]
 
........... in every single case, some Nonphysical consciousness said, "I choose to go forth into this body for the experience of it." It's a deliberate choice, because from the Nonphysical perspective there is clear knowing that all really is well. And maybe a desire for a different perspective. It's hard to understand that, because most people look at these babies as poor defenseless little creatures. They are very old souls with lots and lots of knowing. They knew what they were doing when they came forth, and they would not have come forth into something accidentally.

Q:   I'm wanting this question to come out properly
'cause I'm not really sure how to phrase it.  I am an
extremely happy and joyous person right now.  I am
letting go of so many of my negative belief systems.
The only one I'm really having trouble letting go of
is the idea that once I pass out of this physical
reality, the people that I love now -- like my son or
my lover or my parents -- are not going to be the same
in the next reality.  That there is no soulmate.

Abe:   So you're saying, "I'm having such a very good
time, and I'm experiencing some fear of the unknown"?

Q:   No, I just want to keep the same souls around me,
I guess, and knowing that they're not going to be the
same souls is difficult for me.  My children are not
going to be my children.  Does that make any sense?

Abe:   Well, no.  (Laughter.)  We understand what
you're getting at, but are you talking about you will
re-emerge and then you'll return, and it will be a
whole new set of folks?
Q:   Basically, yes.
Abe:   Well, let us ask you:   in this life
experience, have you been feeling remorse about not
meeting up with the same ones as last time?
Q:   No. 
Abe:   Well, then it might work out all right for you.
(laughter)
Q:    Okay.  I guess that answers my
question.  Thank you.

Sometimes we hear you say "I'm stuck" and we say  "No you're not
stuck, because you cannot stand still. You cannot stop emitting a
vibration so it is not possible you are stuck. Instead what is
happening is that you are creating the same thing over and over
again. It's changing but it's changing to the same thing. CAN YOU
HEAR THAT?
 That's good.  "I'm never stuck, I'm just changing to the
same thing over and over again.
 And when you put it into that format
then you realize well I can change into the same thing by looking in
the mirror, by writing the email, by joining the group. I can
continue to offer the vibration of what is,
 OR
 I can offer a different vibration.
But in any case whatever I offer I am going to change to that.

So what happens is you see patterns in your life. Different places,
different faces, but the same thing again and again, because when you
offer the majority of your vibration in response to what is, then the
majority of what is changes to the same thing as what is

As you get on a little bit of a rampage of appreciation. What happens
is as you are appreciating them [successful people] for their
success you can't be beating up on yourself for not finding success
at the same time.
The Universe does not know WHOSE success you're focusing on!!!
It becomes YOUR vibration of success

ABE SUCCESS story [see P for this 17sec process]

Jerry sat in the motor coach, watching a squirrel joyously leaping from
tree to tree and branch to branch. The dance he was doing was joy based,
as he was gathering nuts. And Jerry said to us, "How is it that the
squirrel knows about the nut gathering thing? Is he born knowing, sort
of pre-programmed?" And we said, the squirrel's Broader Perspective
knows how the squirrel and the nuts fit into the broader scheme and
joyously envisions the happy outcome for the squirrel.
The squirrel is not thinking about nuts. The squirrel is tuned to its
joy factor. So as the squirrel follows its bliss, it aligns with the
consciousness that encourages the gathering of nuts. And so, right now,
bliss is gathering nuts. 
You are not so different from the squirrel; the squirrel is emitting
preference just like you are. You are just emitting more fine-tuned
preference. But it does not matter how specific you are, Source Energy
hears every preference that you utter and then joyously guides you
toward thought, word and deed – in every moment of your conscious
awake state – in order to assist you in the achieving of what you
want. 
Now if you are determined to prove your worthiness and separateness from
this greater, Broader Source Energy, then you're not going to be very
happy in this process that we are offering here. Because the process
that we are offering says, you are already blessed and there is nothing
to be proven. You are creative genius, here wanting the joyous
experience of expansion. 
There are many humans who think that they are separate from that Source,
who want, in their separateness, to prove their worthiness. Ah, what a
trap, because the very worthiness that they seek is connected to the
Source that's them. You cannot separate from who you are. You can pinch
yourself off from it pretty good and feel lousy, but it's always there
for you in any change of thought. 
If you are following your bliss, you are playing your part right. That's
why you don't find squirrel schools, or squirrel religions. "Which
religion is yours?" "Oh, we are the Gatherer of the Nuts First Religion.
We gather our nuts and wrap them in this cloth and bury them for this
many days." You don't find that among the squirrels. They just follow
their bliss. They understand that they are worthy of well-being.
So, who is the superior one? The dog, the squirrel or you? The dog has
superior hearing to you. The squirrel has superior agility to you. So,
in this "hierarchy" who wins that one? Usually you would say "I do" and
the dog would say "I do," and the squirrel would say "I do." Everyone
believes that their perspective is the best perspective in all of the
Universe, because that is the only perspective that they hold. Once you
reemerge into the Energy That is Source or when you allow the combining
of that Energy with you here – you will come to recognize that you are
all of those Energies, and any "hierarchy" dissolves in the union that
is you.
