HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY?
Abe
You are joy-seeking beings who have come forth into what we see as the
perfect environment for desire to be born within you. What this workshop
is about –- we know you could speak it as clearly as we can now, we've
said it enough times to you today -– what your work is about is to
bring yourself into vibrational harmony with allowing the energy that is
you to flow. And in simple terms, what that means is your work is to
look wherever you stand, whether you are looking in the past, present or
future, your work is to consume your now with the thought that feels
best. With the thought that feels best, with the thought that feels
best, with the thought that feels best. And there are always choices
there for you. In other words, you can look at the hole in the wall or
you can look at the beautiful painting. You can look at the lightbulb
that is out or you can see the lightbulb that is working. You can look
at your mate in his positive aspect or you can look at your mate in his
negative aspect. You can look at your own body and find something that
pleases you or find something that doesn't. You can remember your
childhood and find something of pleasure or you can find something that
makes you feel discouraged. You can remember a compliment or you can
remember somebody down on you. You can remember your love or you can
remember your hate. In other words, you have that choice in every
moment, and you are the definers of that. You are focusers of energy,
that's what a creator is. A creator is someone who stands in their now
and focuses energy.

Concept to ponder

Abe no means yes
……hold in your mind two words, the first word is INCLUSION meaning
things I would like to include in my experience.
I would like to include abundance, I would like to include wellness,
I would like to include vitality, I would like to include oriental
rug. Anything that you are wanting to include in your experience
INCLUSION .
The other word is EXCLUSION meaning things not wanted. I would like
to exclude death, I'd like to exclude sickness I'd like to exclude
violence. Exclusion, things NOT wanted.
The thing that we so much want you to hear is that there is no such
thing as exclusion, and every time you attempt it all you really do
is include in your vibration something you don't want!
You get it don't you. So what happens is you see because you've been
trained to exclude, you've been trained to say" Watch out for
that" "I don't want that" and all along your including that thing
that you don't want. So when you say "I want more money I don't want
debt" your actually including two contradictory vibrations within
your vibration. You get the sense of this?

Concept to ponder

Abe on uncreating
Guest…….
Abraham are you saying then, that from any moment forwards you can un-
create what you have created in the past?
Abe…
We would use this terminology. From where you stand ,you can be or do
or have anything that you chose. We would not talk about it in terms
of un-creating because then you give your attention to what you
don't want, and you get stuck there. You can supersede a negative
creation with a positive creation, you can replace something you
don't want with something you do want, absolutely, no matter what it
is, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS

People are still killing whales and killing each other, and molesting
kids. And in that balance of not putting my attention to it, then I
think that, somehow, I'm saying that that's okay. I'm very
idealistic, and there's this discord, and I don't really know how to
manage it.

Abraham:
As you see things not wanted, and you feel that
uncomfortable feeling as you see it, and within that, you feel a
rocket of desire within you that things be differently -- now your
work is to find harmony with your own desire. Every time you turn
back and look at things that are not as you want them to be, you are
in discord with your own rocket.

There are those that would say to you, "Well, we need you to keep
looking at the problem, because we've discovered that we can motivate
you to the action that serves us more by keeping you looking at the
problem, by keeping you aggravated about all of this."

What you're wanting to say is, "I felt the aggravation; I felt the
rocket of desire; I asked the Universe, on your behalf, for a
resolution. I know that when anyone asks, the Universe always
answers. So help's on the way. And I'm going to do my best about
helping us all to receive the help that is on the way, by holding
myself in vibrational harmony with the desire that I have
identified."

There are so many well meaning people who see the contrast, give
birth to the rocket of desire, feel it powerfully, shout it to the
Universe -- and the Universe is answering. And then, they're
campaigning against what's wrong and holding themselves apart from
the solution. Even though solutions are happening all over the world,
they never have access to them, because they are vibrationally so
different from the solutions, that even though solutions are
happening, they never get to see a glimpse of them.

Contrast/Dislikes

What is the Value of Contrast in your Physical Environment?

Abe
Contrast is what gives birth to decision or desire. When you
say, "desire" or when you say, "asking", or when you say, "decision",
it is all the same thing. The contrast brings you to that focused
desire or to that focused summoning.

We want you to focus with us, for just a little bit, and get a sense
of this very important contrast.WE DONT MEAN CONFLICT. WE DONT MEAN
AGONY AND DEFEAT and ecstasy and exultation, although agony and
defeat and ecstasy and exultation certainly is a contrasting
experience. WE MEAN DIFFERENCE..

Creative Visualisation

Abe: ... We are right back to what we are talking about earlier, you have to
selfishly daydream. When you were children, oh you daydreamed so easily, you
went to those places so easily, and you took such pleasure from them. And it
was hard for physical people around you to get you back from that, you
naturally went there! And why did you go? Did you go to get work done? Did
you go to fix things that were broken? You went because it was the most
natural, pleasurable thing for you to do, for you to exercise your creative
mind in those ways you see. And that what the work still is, exercising your
creative mind. But your personal pleasure must still be the reason, not to
make a business, not to fix something that is broken, you must visualize for
your personal selfish pleasure. And that’s a whole another workshop isn’t
it? Being selfish enough to do anything for your pleasure. You are all busy
being so noble and virtuous, which is what they taught you to do to satisfy
their selfish pleasures. (laughter) In other words, “Oh you selfish little
skunk you are thinking thoughts that please you! You should be thinking
thoughts that please me!” they say to you. They don’t say it so blatantly
but that’s what they mean.
