You do not have to download the whole A-Z book unless you want to, but can build it up in the parts that interest you.This section is the first part of the book

Each letter of the alphabet is created as an individual file of approx 1 – 8 pages depending on how many quotes there are. So you can read the keywords contents page and pick and choose the subjects which you are drawn to the most and only print that page leaving the rest til later.

All you have to do is to click on the alphabet letter in the keywords contents page and that page will open.EG Click on M for Manifest and the M page will open.

To download a page to print or save. Open the page letter that you want [eg A] and then go to FILE [top left corner of your screen] and click on FILE. Then either/or click on PRINT or to save to a disk or you hard drive , click SAVE AS . These pages already have an A - Z filename [eg A or B or C etc]

INTRODUCTION

This booklet evolved from the 100’s of Abe quotes that I saved over the time that I was really desperate to understand these teachings. When I first found Abe about 3 years ago my life had got in a mess.I had loads of problems. No money, poor health, low self esteem, past my sell by date etc etc For a long time I had been on a personal growth trip and had tried lots of awareness type workshops. I had loads of self-help books and tapes [you name it I had it!!] but nothing helped much or lasted for long. My long-suffering friends and family lovingly called me eccentric, but little did they know things would get worse. Or better depending upon how you looked at it.

When I got into leading an Abe style life, to me it was like breathing fresh air and I began to thrive. But I apologize now to the people around me who must have decided that I had completely lost the plot Many people did not understand how or why I seemed to have changed. Why did I avoid or not answer some questions? Why I did not go to funerals?Why I did not empathize with the usual problems.

Why I turned off the TV if there was a report on about war? Why had I stopped reading any books or listening to any tapes except a very few.

Why? Because my precious new belief system was still fragile and I needed to have the time and space to make it strong. I knew deep down I had to do this for ME At first I felt guilty about that but soon I knew that paradoxically the ripples were spreading out from me to others. At last I knew that I had come HOME and that I could return there regardless of whatever was happening in my life………….which just got better and better and better.In retrospect I could now see that I had unknowingly created all my problems in order to protect me or serve me in some way.

Abe’s teaching are not new. They are sometimes described as ‘ancient wisdom’ . So they are not new but are given in such a way that I can really HEAR them and apply them to my life.For instance take the saying “Ask and it is given” . It sounded nice but was too wrapped in mysterious language for me to understand it. That saying lies at the root of all Abe’s teaching and IS HOW WE GET WHATEVER we get!! Wanted or not wanted.Sometimes it is called Law of Attraction and means that whatever we ‘ask’ for we attract unerringly to fit us like the pieces of a jigsaw. Everything!! Events, people everything with no exceptions. And so that forms our reality. A'reality' which we have been conditioned to believe we were stuck with. No wonder we felt depressed at seeming so powerless.Not any more!! You are not victims or puppets. We are evolving and have reached the place where we CAN learn to create our best reality consciously and joyfully. Healthily and happily ………….

WHO IS ABRAHAM?

We are a group of non-physical beings who are currently living in a dimension that is different from the physical dimension in which you are focused. We stress that we are living, for we are not wanting you to assume that because we are not in physical form, that we are dead.WE ARE VERY MUCH ALIVE…………. AND WE ARE VERY MUCH INVOLVED WITH LIFE. There are many of us gathered together here. We are what you would term a ‘family’ although we are not a family in the physical sense that you would usually think of as a family. If you were able to see us as separate beings, you would see us as approximately 100 beings. Some of us have experienced many physical life experiences, and some of us have not. And while we are currently participating with you through this woman through whom we are speaking, we are also participating in other life experiences at the same time. And like you we are working upon more than one project.We are a family that has been drawn together through evolvement. Those of us who are gathered here are together because we are of the same intention, and just as you hold many intentions within your heart in any given moment, we do as well. And all of our intentions are compatible with the intentions of others who are gathered here.When we are interacting with one another in our Non-physical dimension, we do so not with spoken or written word but with the transmission of our thought or intent to one another. In our Non-physical dimension we do not call one another by name, for our recognition of one another goes beyond that which a label or name offers.
