INTRODUCTION
First of all I started doing this for ME but paradoxically I found that others were also helped by it.
This is the fourth online booklet of the AbeSpeak series .In it you will find mainly quotes by Abe [Abraham-Hicks] but under the keword X there are similar quotes by other authors.
The AbeSpeak series evolved as a part of my ongoing journey back to my true self.
You might ask "Am I there yet?" and the answer would be
"Well I am not yet quite where I want to be but I KNOW now deep down that I am well on the way toward my goals.And I KNOW how to reach them now."
So I would say 4 things to anyone reading this who wants to know what I have learned........................
[1] Sometimes it may take courage to keep going . But KEEP GOING!!!! [ untill you get even the smallest breakthrough.]
[2] Remember the breakthrough and how good you felt and build on that.Slowly but surely your life will begin to turn around
[3] Ask the Universe to send you a friend you trust and who supports your new belief system. Sometimes we think we are surrounded
by negative thinkers and doom and gloom. But they are only a mirror reflecting your own beliefs back to you. Watch them change as
you change. There are over 1000 online who believe in this concept.--- Thats a lot of support!!! Soon you will have real live support.
[4] Not all the techniques and processes will be right for you now. Some will feel good to do some wont until later or maybe never .
Dont fall into the trap of giving yourself a hard time because you think you are not 'helping' your progress.We are full of 'shoulds' and 'oughts'
Little by little learn to Trust your trip - Go with the flow - Do what feels good and learn from what feels bad [I wont do that again] - Stay connected and your cork will float by itself .

We are a group of non-physical beings who are currently living in a dimension that is different from the physical dimension in which you are focused. We stress that we are living, for we are not wanting you to assume that because we are not in physical form, that we are dead.WE ARE VERY MUCH ALIVE…………. AND WE ARE VERY MUCH INVOLVED WITH LIFE. There are many of us gathered together here. We are what you would term a ‘family’ although we are not a family in the physical sense that you would usually think of as a family. If you were able to see us as separate beings, you would see us as approximately 100 beings. Some of us have experienced many physical life experiences, and some of us have not. And while we are currently participating with you through this woman through whom we are speaking, we are also participating in other life experiences at the same time. And like you we are working upon more than one project.We are a family that has been drawn together through evolvement. Those of us who are gathered here are together because we are of the same intention, and just as you hold many intentions within your heart in any given moment, we do as well. And all of our intentions are compatible with the intentions of others who are gathered here.When we are interacting with one another in our Non-physical dimension, we do so not with spoken or written word but with the transmission of our thought or intent to one another. In our Non-physical dimension we do not call one another by name, for our recognition of one another goes beyond that which a label or name offers.
We come here not to undermine or to destroy your faith. But to strengthen your understanding and your faith in yourselves. We come here not to lead you……………… but to offer you the key to leading yourselves.
